February just flew by this year.
The first two weeks Garrett & I were sick with "THE FLU" yuck!!!
But the last two weeks were a blast!
We took Ivan's mom for a boat ride on the beautiful Canyon Lake
for her 82nd birthday.
The weather was a fabulous 75 degrees and not a cloud in the sky, LOVED IT!!!
The following weekend, we headed up to Pinetop to play in the snow with some friends.
Day #1
We decided to go sledding but by the time we got to the mountain area it was 22 degrees with tons of blowing snow.
Can you say BLIZZARD?
We didn't think we would make it ten minutes, but ending up staying over an hour.
Even with 4 layers of clothing under my jacket, I was freezing cold.
But Day #2 was just perfect!
We headed up to Sunrise to spend the day skiing.
This was the first time I had skied in 10 years. I totally forgot how much I love skiing!
Garrett took his first lesson with Kendall and had a blast.
We had such a great time, we might even have to get another snow trip in before it melts away!
